Orders
How do I place an order with KJ Wedding Decorations?
Placing an order with KJ Wedding Decorations is simple; just fill in the Place an Order form with your personal details and any items, products and themes you are interested in and we will get back to you.
Can I purchase any item from the website?
Some of our hire items may be available for purchase without any additional decor. For example, if you wanted to order 8 small fish bowls then we may be able to do this for you. Please fill in the Place an Order form and will inform you of availability.
When can I collect/drop off my ordered items?
You can collect your items up to one day before your actual wedding day. The items must be returned no longer than 24 hours after your wedding day.
Can I book a consultation with you to talk through my ideas and your designs?
If possible, we prefer to design and arrange any orders via e-mail and telephone. However, in certain cases a personal consultation may be more suitable. We can advise you if this is needed.
What areas of the UK do you cover?
At present, KJ Wedding Decorations only cover the Wiltshire area. In certain cases, we may cover other areas of the South West.
Products
Do you only offer hire items?
All of our products are for hire with the only exceptions being favours, placecards/holders and confetti cones - which are available for purchase only.
Do you custom-design products?
At KJ Wedding Decorations we pride ourself on creating original designs for purchase and hire. We like to think we can custom-make whatever you want, so if you have an idea or any images of the product you're after, fill in our Place an Order form with the details and we will get back to you.
What if I can't see what I want on the website?
If you can't see what you want on the website, it doesn't necessarily mean we don't have it or can't make it. Give us details of exactly what you're after on our Place an Order form and we will be in contact.
Can I hire the centrepieces without additional decor?
Yes, if you just want to hire a standard item (for example, a small martini glass with no extra decor) then we offer this. Just state your needs when you place an order with us.
Why haven't you got set prices for certain items?
As KJ Wedding Decorations aims to offer a completely original and personalised design and hire service, there are no fixed costs for individual items. The price per item depends on the details and quantity of the order. However, please see our Design and Hire Charges page for an estimated hire price for each theme and product we offer. For detailed costings please visit our Place an Order page and fill in the form with your details.
Do you use real flower and how much do these cost?
Unfortunately we do not use any real flowers for any of our table centrepieces, table decor or other products. However, the faux flowers we do use are extremely realistic and much more durable than real flowers. We can order flowers in many colours and sizes so please enquire as to what is available.
Set-up
Do you offer a setting-up service?
In certain cases we do offer a setting-up service for an additional cost. Please state whether you would like to use this service on your Place an Order form and we can inform you of cost and availability.
How do I set-up my items on the day?
All of our hire and purchase items come ready-made and ready to set-up. All items are pre-packed for easy assembly. When you collect your items, we will cover any setting-up issues with you and explain the best way to do it. In certain cases we will provide detailed instructions on how to assemble items.
